Kelton has been a Nationwide associate for 19 years, starting as a web development intern in P&C Agency systems. He has progressed through numerous technical and leadership roles across Property & Casualty and Nationwide Financial IT. Currently Kelton serves as Vice President for Personal Lines Distribution Solutions. This role includes accountability for Personal Lines sales technology and digital assets.
Kelton earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and a master’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University. He has also completed executive education at Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School.
Kelton resides in Circleville, OH with his wife Hillary, also a Nationwide associate. He loves spending time with his two boys (ages 7 & 11), usually coaching them in multiple sports. He enjoys gadgets and playing with technology, all things outdoors, and is a passionate fan of The Ohio State University.

After starting a software product development company, 3Pillar Global, almost by accident at age 26, David has grown the organization to nearly 1000 employees globally. After about a decade in business, both 3Pillar and David have earned dozens of awards, including SmartCEO Magazine’s Future 50, Washington DC’s 40 Under 40, and Top 50 Tech Services CEOs of 2019 by The Software Report. David is an active member of the business and technology communities in Northern Virginia and is an Active Angel investor. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Franciscan University and as a director of a handful of technology startups. 3Pillar Global builds breakthrough software products that power digital businesses and drive rapid revenue, market share, and customer growth for industry leaders like CARFAX, Fortune, and PBS.

Currently Chief Technology Officer At USCIS. Former Integration Architect/Cloud Solutions Developer and EID Division Chief with USCIS with 20 years of experience providing technical, managerial and business development solutions to the IT industry.
Robert has a thorough understanding of IT and business, leading to successful experiences in completing large scale IT deployments from the initial corporate IT strategy and vision to design, build and maintenance. Robert has been focusing on Domain Driven design, Event driven architecture and reactive microservices for the past 4 years. He also has expertise in auditing, directing and managing corporate IT strategies for small to large sized commercial businesses. Additionally, Robert has a strong background in health care, scientific research and biomedical industries.
Robert holds a MS in Bioinformatics from George Mason University and a BS in Microbio/BioChem from Virginia Tech. He holds certifications from (ISC)2, Sourcefire, Fonality and Juniper. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton Robert worked for Information Innovators, QSSI, V2 Systems, Ronin Tech Solutions, Clearant, Inc.
