Kelton has been a Nationwide associate for 19 years, starting as a web development intern in P&C Agency systems. He has progressed through numerous technical and leadership roles across Property & Casualty and Nationwide Financial IT. Currently Kelton serves as Vice President for Personal Lines Distribution Solutions. This role includes accountability for Personal Lines sales technology and digital assets.
Kelton earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and a master’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University. He has also completed executive education at Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School.
Kelton resides in Circleville, OH with his wife Hillary, also a Nationwide associate. He loves spending time with his two boys (ages 7 & 11), usually coaching them in multiple sports. He enjoys gadgets and playing with technology, all things outdoors, and is a passionate fan of The Ohio State University.

Jessica Hall is the Vice President of Product Strategy and Design at 3Pillar Global, an Inc. 5000 developer of client-facing web and mobile applications. Jessica leads teams creating digital products that customers crave and that drive business growth. With experience from strategy, user experience design, product management, video production, to multi-channel marketing, Jessica is passionate about helping clients succeed. (Even when she has to challenge their assumptions in the process.)
Previously, Jessica built the UX team at CEB, now a division of Gartner, and led the creation of the Newseum’s interactive exhibits and websites. Her work has been recognized by the Web Marketing Association, American Association of Museums, The Webby Awards, Time, Graphic Design USA, Forbes, and The Washington Post.
Jessica speaks to groups around the globe about strategy, rapid product development, user experience and coaching innovative teams. Her actionable advice and in-the-trenches experience make her an audience favorite on the conference circuit. Jessica has spoken at the Business of Software, Lean Startup Week, UX Talks, Code(Her) Conference and more. She holds a Masters in Design and Digital Media from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in Journalism from American University.

Robert has a thorough understanding of IT and business, leading to successful experiences in completing large scale IT deployments from the initial corporate IT strategy and vision to design, build and maintenance. Robert has been focusing on Domain Driven design, Event driven architecture and reactive microservices for the past 4 years. He also has expertise in auditing, directing and managing corporate IT strategies for small to large sized commercial businesses. Additionally, Robert has a strong background in health care, scientific research and biomedical industries.
Robert holds a MS in Bioinformatics from George Mason University and a BS in Microbio/BioChem from Virginia Tech. He holds certifications from (ISC)2, Sourcefire, Fonality and Juniper. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton Robert worked for Information Innovators, QSSI, V2 Systems, Ronin Tech Solutions, Clearant, Inc.
